Community Media Policy Working Group
I represent the interests of gaming arts organisations as part of the Community Media Policy Working Group. In 2015 we organized the SSHRC funded Community Media Convergence Conference and in 2016 we participated in the CRTC's review of the policy framework for local and community television programming.
The Hand Eye Society
The Hand Eye Society is a Toronto not-for-profit dedicated to supporting and showcasing video games made primarily as a form of creative expression. Currently, I work as a curriculum adviser and volunteer for the society's Game Curious initiative.
I served on the jury for IndieCade East in 2015 and reviewed an assortment of independently produced games.
The Vector Festival is dedicated to showcasing digital games and creative media practices. I continue to host artists attending the festival on an annual basis.
